The ECAC Committee is composed of a group of concerned Portland citizens

formed soon after Portland's first "Open Space" meeting in November, 2013.

 

The Elmcrest Campus Advisory Committee's (ECAC) mission is to assist the Town of

Portland plan for commercial development of the former Elmcrest Hospital Campus.

 

Our objective is to prove that adaptive reuse of the site's structures and landscape

is essential for Portland's economic future.

 

The ECAC meets at 7:00 pm the third Monday of each month in the Buck-Forman Community

Room, on the second floor of the old Town Hall (adjacent to the Police Station), Main Street.
